Most of the finished circuit boards are made on our own. We provide a wide range of boards in audio amplifier, power conversion, microcontroller development and lighting, LED and LCD display, etc.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you′re not pleased with your purchase, we′ll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price within 30 days of your purchase. For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, code, packaging, and all accessories.

All items may be exchanged or refund under the following circumstances only:

Missing items: Sure Electronics will resend you another same package if you don′t get the items over 20 days by TNT Express, or 30 days by flat airmail. We could also refund your payment if you are really unwilling to wait. However, this is not allowed if you receive the items after we send your money back. In this case, you should pay for them again.

Incorrect items: Sure Electronics will exchange an item that was erroneously shipped to you for the correct item or will credit your payment if the returned item is undamaged and unopened (still in its original wrap).

DOA items: Sure Electronics will exchange a defective item for a new copy of the same item or will credit your payment the item is returned with all of its original packaging and contents. In this case, you should send us one of the defective items′ pictures to show what wrong it is.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
